Engagement.

Within these terms, "Service" refers to the proprietary data transformation workflows, analytical performance enhancement models, and visualization dashboards provided by LunovexShift.

"User" or "Client" refers to any entity engaging our services for the purpose of operational efficiency within the Pakistani market. Engagement begins upon the formal commencement of our Diagnostic Intake process.

All methodologies, transformation logic, and proprietary code utilized in the delivery of our performance enhancement services remain the exclusive property of LunovexShift. Users are granted a non-transferable license to utilize the resulting visualization outputs for internal decision-making only.

Reproduction of our analytical framework or the systematic reverse-engineering of our modeling logic is strictly prohibited and governed by the laws of Pakistan.

LunovexShift provides analytical frameworks designed to shift business operations from reactive to predictive states. While we strive for extreme precision, the accuracy of any predictive performance modeling is inherently contingent upon the depth and cleanliness of the historical data provided by the user.

• Data Integrity: Users are responsible for the source accuracy of all inputs subjected to transformation.
• Privacy Compliance: Engagements must adhere to our Privacy Policy regarding PII datasets.

LunovexShift operates as a technical consultancy. Our outputs provide data-driven insights rather than financial, legal, or professional advice. We shall not be held liable for any operational losses or decision-making outcomes resulting from the use of our analytical models.

To the maximum extent permitted by local jurisdiction, total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service under dispute.
